شملت هذه لد ا رسة التحري عن قابلية بكتريا Citrobacter freundii على إنتاج الذيفان المتغير بالح ا ررة Heat labile enterotoxin من خلال الط ا رز الجيني والمظهري.
عزل النوع C.
freundii بواقع 11 عزلة من مجموع العينات السريرية و البالغة 244 عينة ) 484 عينة ب ا رز stool و 124 عينة إد ا رر urine ( والتي شملت ثمان عزلات من عينات الب ا رز و ثلاث عزلات من عينات الإد ا رر .
شخصت العزلات وفق الاختبا ا رت المظهرية والكيموحيوية وباستعمال نظام API 20 E .
تم التحري عن الجينات المسؤولة عن إنتاج ذيفان غير ثابت ح ا ررياً Heat labile (LT) (lt, ltI-h and ltA) باستخدام تقنية سلسلة تفاعل إنزيم البلمرة PCR .
حيث بينت النتائج أن ltA .)% كان ألجين المسؤول عن إنتاج الذيفان المعوي غير الثابت بالح ا ررة في خمس عزلات ) 24.24 أما عند استخدام Rabbit ligated ileal loop assay (RIL) )% للتحري عن الط ا رز المظهري ,أعطت أربعة عزلات ) 63.63 نتائج موجبة لهذا الاختبار.
Abstract EN
This study included the investigation of the ability of C.
freundlich to produce Heat labile enterotoxin by both genotype and phenotype.
Only 11 isolates were isolated from 422 clinical sample (282 stool and 140 urine samples), 8 isolates from stool samples and 3 from urine samples.
All isolates identified by biochemical tests and confirmed with API 20 E.
Molecular detection for gene responsible for heat- labile (lt, lt I-h and lt A) enterotoxin genes was achieved by PCR technique.
The result showed that lt A was the heat-labile enterotoxin gene in 5 isolates (45.45 %).
Rabbit ligated ideal loop assay RIL, was applied to the 11 Isolates, only 4 of the bacterial isolates gave a positive results.
