The continued adoption of arbitration until the present day for the settlement of disputes and, increasingly, in light of the growing economics relations and the prosperity and the reality of national trade and international investment.

Considered the desire of investors in international markets constraints of national legislation to spare themselves submit to its provisions.That is because of the procedural restrictions contained may prolong the conflict in the country with investment and keen desire to a achieve this the contractor to the text in event of any dispute over the implementation of the contract, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration shifted to resort to national courts.

Although the Jordanian legislature organized the rules of arbitration , except that there is a doctrinal dispute and anther court is on identifying the legal nature of arbitration, so formed to examine the nature of great importance to our being is the fact this type of legal actions in order to know the goals , and effects from the legal point of view , especially when considering the legal provisions applicable to the fact at hand before an arbitral tribunal , the competent authority for the selection of arbitrators and the procedures to be followed before the arbitral proceeding and in determining the mandatory sentences and authority its implementation.
