Abstract EN

This study represents an attmpt to determine the content and scope of the contractor and Engineer's obligation of notification in the Jordanian Unitarian book for Construction Projects as a contract model approved in a state contruction tenders in Jordan, which helped to overcome the ambiguity on that issue resulting of to generality of the basis of this obligation.

To achieve this goal the researcher started by discussing the possibility of adoption obligation of notification in general in the Jordanian law according to the general rules in civil law; then he clarified the content of this obligation and in the Unitarian book for Construction Projects and its limits.
