This paper focuses on the legal system of the electronic publishing sites.

This topic is particularly important due to the growing increase of the Internet usage in various aspects of life and the inability of legislation in force to regulate the intensive electronic publication.

The paper is organized as follows.

Section 1 is devoted to the discussion of the legal nature of the electronic publishing sites.

Section 2 takles the legal liability of the holders of these sites.

The conclusion is that the electronic publishing sites cannot be controlled by the Jordan an press and publications law in its current state.
