Abstract EN

The crime of getting the public servant a personal benefit from public vocation considered as a type of job investment crime which stated in the Jordanian Penal Code NO.(16) for the year (1960), and this benefit had tow types : material and moral can verify their investigation in the employee life in a various methods of proof, and this through the financial activity for the offender or Through proven beneficial to him in any way , the text of Article 1/176 of the Penal Code Where analyzed , which stated that crime and reference to the opinion of jurisprudence in contents and compared with other legislation and expos judiciary opinion is stating many of the provisions of the Cassation Court then coming at the results listed at the end of the study and give appropriate recommendations to combat this crime which effect public vocation Reputation and the integrity of the public servant.
