There are many jurisprudential subsidiary issues that need to be verified and edited and many of such issues were built on the talks where narrators were different in respect to their terms and relators were different in correction.

One of such issues is the "water purification" which was built on the hadith: "Water is pure and nothing makes it impure".

This hadith was controversial in terms of the hadith criticism and jurisprudential dealing, that some say: "Impurity can never affect water", based on this hadith.

I have conducted this detailed study about it, and I found that jurisprudential scholars should not bother themselves in interpreting one hadith mixing between it and another if this is not good in terms of hadith criticism.

I found that this hadith – which is Ba'ar Badha'a Hadith- has no good text or source.

The text of the hadith is contrary to many true fixed hadiths which affirm that water is affected by impurity.

Furthermore, public scholars have not depended on the surface meaning of the hadith.

Furthermore, the source is not known and its value was reduced by a number of the earlier scholars.

The evidence that was taken by some scholars to approve this hadith was not in conformity to the meaning of the hadith.
