نفذت التجربة في مشتل خاص في محافظة المثنى خلال الموسم الزراعي 2012 لدراسة تأثير رش خمسة تراكيز من الأوكسين اندول بيوترك اسد IBA بتراكيز (0، 25، 50، 100، 150) ملغم .
لتر في صفات النمو و الأزهار لنبات الزينيا وفق التصميم العشوائي الكامل D.R.C و بثلاثة تكرارات.
أظهرت النتائج إن للرش بالأوكسين IBA تأثيرا معنويا في صفات النمو الخضري و الزهري لنبات الزينيا الا ان التركيز 100 ملغم .
لتر قد اعطى اعلى معدل لارتفاع النبات (31.71 سم) و قطر الساق (98.0 سم) و عدد الأوراق (31.46 ورقة .
نبات) و الوزن الجاف للمجموع الخضري (02.7 غم) و محتوى الأوراق من الكلوروفيل (31.30 ملغم .
غم) الجاف للزهرة (24.1 غم) و العمر المزهري (65.3 يوم) في حين اعطت معاملة المقارنة اقل معدل لهذه الصفات.
Abstract EN
An experiment was conducted in the private nursery in AL-Muthanna Province during the season 2012 to study the effect of five concentrations of Auxin Indole-3- butyric acid (0 , 25 , 50 , 100 , 150) ppm on growth and flowering perimeters of zinnia plant .
This experiment conducted by Completely Randomized Design (C.R.D.) .
Resulted showed that spraying IBA with concentration 100 g .
L-1 increased significantly the number of leaf contents of, highest plant to 71.31 cm , stem stalk 0.98 cm , leaf number to 46.31 leaf .
plant-1 , vegetative dry weight to 7.02 g , total chlorophyll to 30.31 mg .
g-1 fresh weight , flower stalk diameter to 3.52 mm , flower diameter to 8.80 cm , flower dry 1.24 g and vase life to 3.65 day , as compared with the treatment values in the control treatment .
