أجريت هذه الدراسة في مختبرات كلية التربية للبنات / جامعة الكوفة بهدف اختبار النشاط الإحيائي للمركبات الأليوباثية المتحررة من مخلفات نبات الرز ضد نبات الحنطة و لمعرفة فيما إذا كان ذلك التأثير السمي السبب وراء انخفاض إنتاجية الحنطة المزروعة بعد حصاد نبات الرز في الحقل نفسه و تبين من النتائج التالية ما أدت المستخلصات المائية لمخلفات نبات الرز إلى اختزال إنبات بذور الحنطة و نمو بادراتها.
كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن سمية المخلفات المضافة إلى التربة تظهر بعد أسبوعين من التحلل و تكون على أشدها و تستمر لمدة ستة أسابيع ثم تتلاشى بعد ذلك.
تشير هذه النتائج إلى أن السموم المتحررة من مخلفات نبات الرز هي أحد العوامل المسؤولة عن اختزال نمو نبات الحنطة المزروعة بعد حماد الرز مباشرة.
Abstract EN
An experiment was con ducted in a college of education laboratories to test the effect of allelopathy compound release from rice rasidues on wheat plant , and determined whether the reduction in growth of wheat crop rotation was due to toxicity of rice residues Allelopathybitic Activity effected of rice residues on wheat .
Results showed that : Aqueous extracts of rice significantly reduced seed germination and seedling growth of wheat .
The toxicity of the residues two weeks after residues decomposition of soil and continue for six weeks.
The results suggest the toxicity effect of rice causative factor responsible of wheat growth .
