Abstract EN

The academic and scientific societies, in particular the Iraqi universities, usually use the term, Pre-Islam to refer to the era preceding the honorable prophetic mission.

This is one of the prevailing mistakes of the recent historians like Jawad Ali, the author of the bulky encyclopedia, The Detailed History of Arabs before Islam.

This contradicts with God’s statement, “The Religion before Allah is Islam: nor did the People of the Book dissent therefrom except through envy of each other, after knowledge had come to them, Bui if any deny the signs of A Hah, Allah is swift in calling to account” We do not know why they use the terra, Pre-Islam although Al-Tabari, Ibn Aljouzi and Ibn Kutheir admit that Islam existed before the Prophet’s mission.

Moreover, almost all interpreters like Mujahid and Abdulrazaq admit the same thing, In order to correct the term, the researcher has written a series of articles, four of them will be published as soon as possible, They are entitled “Islam before Mission in the Holy Quran,1' The researcher depended on utterances of the Holy Quran since it is the book where there is no falsehood before it and from behind.

Any text that contradicts with the Quran is refused.

It should be mentioned that the researcher has undertaken this topic in spite of the opposition of many researchers through their stubbornness.

Men of letters as well as historians used terms like Arabic Poetry before Islam, Woman in Poetry before Islam and others.

These terms are not supported by principles of research.

Here we try to prove that Islam existed in that era, and success is granted by God.
