Abstract EN

This study aims at stating the forms of bidding and its impact on stock exchange.

In other words these acts are considered as series of deviant behaviours at stock exchange.

These acts done by parties who create artificial differences between actual and artificial values which lead to increasing or decreasing prices of some shares in order to achieve quick financial gains.

Moreover, the study identifies the bidding at stock exchange in terms of its types, rules, and Shari’a legal opinion.

Also the study focuses on the resulting influences due to bidding such as invalidity or validity of the deal, proved or not proved of the option identify the bidders and their followers the ability to unprove a deal, and prove the option.

Furthermore the study focuses on returning the differences to people as well as enacting sactions to those deviating manipulations that lead to impacting the economics of the countries and individuals.
