Plagiarism is perhaps the most important topic that took a great part ofcritics' efforts.

This topic might be as important as the question of the 'letter' or 'meaning', or even more.

In the modern critical discourse, the terms referring to plagiarism are numerous because other terms, in practice, emerged as intertextuality, embodiment and conversationality.

The current study attempts to shed light on the essence of the literary discourse, between its independence from other texts and its melting with texts stemming from different contexts.

It tries also to study the effectiveness ofthe reader to unveil the existence of the 'present' from the 'absent' in the literary discourse
