Abstract EN

The aim of this article is to provide a perceptions and features of legal regulation phenomenon after the welfare state based on the contemporary political, economic, social and cultural transformations.

In order to do this, I want to demonstrate the transformations of law from state centered to society centered theories, in order to understand the legal configurations resulting from these conditions, and which define the characteristics of non state law, and to construct the general frame of legal regulation operation in addition to the actual structure of governance system of society.

After showing the transformation of the regulation to a third way between control and autonomy, and became a regulation of multiplicity, I analyze the multiplicity features in the concept of legal regulation, according to a pluralistic theory tend to a normative compatibility in society.
