تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في بستان خاص في ناحية العباسية / محافظة النجف للموسم 2120 على أشجار التفاح المحلي إذ رشت الأشجار بعد 50 يوما من الإزهار الكامل بثلاث تراكيز من ال Salicylic acid بتراكيز (50، 75، 100) ملغم / لتر و ال 300، 200) Grofalcs و 400) ملغم / لتر و جنيت الثمار بعد 120 يوما من الإزهار الكامل.
أظهرت النتائج أن طول الثمرة و قطرها و وزنها و صلابتها و رطوبتها قد ازدادت بزيادة تراكيز ال Salicylic acid و ال Grofalcs في حين قللت هذه المواد من النسبة المتوجة لتشقق الثمار و تساقطها و المواد الصلبة الذائبة الكلية و محتوى الثمار من فيتامين C و صبغة الكاروتين في القشور و النسبة المئوية للسكريات الكلية و معدل سرعة تنفس الثمار و أن هناك فروق معنوية بين المعاملات.
و قد تميزت المعاملة ذات التركيز 100 و 400 ملغم / لتر من ال GA3 Salicylic acid و ال Grofalcs بتفوقها في أغلب الصفات المدروسة.
Abstract EN
This study was carried out in a private orchard at AL-Abbasyia.
Najaf during the growing of season 2012 on the local apple fruit.
The trees were sprayed with three concentrations of Salicylic acid (50, 75 and 100 ) mg / L, Grofalcs (200, 300 and 400 ) mg / L after 50 days from full bloom stage .
Fruits were picked after 120 days from full bloom.
The results indicated that length, diameter, weight, firmness and humidity of fruits increased with increase concentration of Salicylic acid, Grofalcs.
The substanus reduced the percentage of cracking, dropping, T.S.S, acidity and Vitamin C of fruits.
There was significant differences between these treatments.The treatments of higher concentration of Salicylic acid 100 mg / L and Grofalcs 400 mg / L gave the best results of studied characteristics.
