قضية فلسطين و قضية كشمير : دراسة مقارنة

Abstract EN

This research is an attempt to study the issues of, Palestine and Kashmir, through comparing on and interpreting each in the light at the other, regarding the essential aspects of the issues.

This research studies, in its first aspect, the Geographical location from the egotistical and strattfical locations and to their impact in assuring their interests.

The second aspect is a historical background for the two issues.

It displays that the two regions were pass way and a settlement of several ethnic and religious groups.

It also shows the extent of using history by the conflicting sides to serve their claims in their ownership over these lands.

The third aspect studied is the ideological in terms of its great influence on both cares, its political exploitation, conscience to the extent that both cases become essentially ideological.

The fourth aspect discusses the British role and clearly explains the major role of the British in evolving the conflict in Palestine and Kashmir, for both cases had appeared during and after the British occupation.

The research tackles the role of the united nations and the great powers within it.

It studies the factors behind failure of any solution of the two cases.

It seems that the essential factor for this failure revolves around the structural nature of such organization, especially, its Security Council, and the completion among the super powers to guarantee their interest and serving the allies.

The sixth aspect in this research is the mutual relationship between the conflicting parties, its role in determining the attitudes of conflicting parties to each other.

The seventh aspect studies the competition of aims between the sides of the conflict, and focuses on the comparison between their atomic abilities and the advantages from providing the conflicting sides with weapons.

In the final aspect, the research assures the main difference in the cases of Palestine and Kashmir and presents the general results of the this study.
