This term used from crtical in critical study some scientences give this term Important Role in Critical and uses this term in their studies one of them Ibn salam and Ibn Qutaba tried to arranged poeticism on number estate as Ibn salam done, and arranged his studies in ten estates, pre Islamic and put the Islam is the septum, also the cities and veligonplay Role in this divided while Ibn Qutaba used estate term but not with Complete Clear, the poet depend on the Taste and cannُt restrict it with time or place.

But I found in this Research the estate term very useful in discourse of AL Rasol Mohammad, while in poetic Cannt used this term because every poet has own invention came from, himself environmental and history.
