Abstract EN

The Society consist of two types of persons, natural and moral, they reciprocate different types of relationships, within a legal controls that define the nature of those relations, undoubted that persons movement cause violations the law that keep the mobility under control .

Because of the difference between legal natural and moral person, the law dealing with this different nature with what's suitable , including in terms of criminality and punishment.

There were different penal cods in the diversity of moral person punishments which reflects the extent of the philosophy of penal policy in those laws, which would achieve the purposes of punishment applicable on moral person, and enable the judge to achieve penal punitive individualization.

This research shows the possibility of holding moral person criminal responsibility, in a comparative study between number of Arab and foreign countries penal codes, for this purpose it address the general provisions of the penalties that can be applied to the moral person's and that received in Jordan or other penal codes , therefore will not be addressed for punishments which are contained in the supplementary penal code only to the extent that cover the idea in question.

The study find many results centered around defect most legislations including the Jordanian one for approving comprehensive and integrated legal system for the criminal responsibility of the moral person and what punishments depend on it whether the person was public or privet moral person and accordingly come the study recommendations about the propose legislations means to find a so of the legal system referred to it in the study results.
