Medicines are chemical compounds that should be carefully manufactured and handled in order to avoid the deadly repercussions that may afflict people.

Mistakes and risks of manufacturing or storage of medicine may claim the life of a sick man who is in dire need to the medicine.

Perpetrators may escape punishment and the victim may be ripped of his civil compensation.

Medicine had greatly advanced and drugs increased a matter that makes it harder to ascribe medical mistakes and in what stage the mistake occurred.

Criminal and civil liabilities are determined by the type of the medical mistake being manufacturing one or storage.

The treatise assured that there are a host of mistakes regarding inappropriate storage and manufacturing, and unfortunately criminal liability in such cases was harder to be determined since it is difficult to tell in which stage mistake occurred ( manufacturing, storage, transport, pharmacy etc) as we said earlier.

The treatise sums up with the necessity to regulate storage process by means of transport contract with full compliance with the general provisions of contracts, and considerations of the medicine's nature.

Moreover, the research recommends adoption of modem technology in proving harm which results from medicine manufacturing and storage mistakes and leave the matter for the discretion of the judge.

Finally, the research stresses the necessity of implementing compulsory insurance system against harm caused by such mistakes.
