Abstract EN

This paper treats a very important problematic in political sciences field, which is the phenomenon of political underdevelopment, since the aggravation of the crisis has increased the pace of peoples demand for change and authority deliberation not recycling ; such what makes many Arab countries to adopt a policy of political pluralism and openness, especially in the post-socialism collapse period, and the emergence of unipolar model imposed through the international institutions ; these countries followed a democratic model as criterion for the classification of states.

This creasent attention, accompanied by bidding to urge many countries in the world to carry out political and economic reforms, aimed to enable them to face the crisis of corruption more effectively than in the past, to break down the cycle of underdevelopment.

So, the relationship between anticorruption and the forms of political and economic reform required to actuate the communities and states to obverse effectively the political underdevelopment phenomenon.
