Yield is an Islamic "Figh" term meaning the renewing of trade goods before selling it, this what distinguishes yield from the Islamic interest renewed from the tubule goods.

This is what the modem systems didn’t arrive to in differenciating between possession and working profit, which protects the partners money from inflation.

Many questions have appeared concerning the yield and the most important of which are: The law of Zakah of things being exploited.

The excessiveness of mortgage for the mortgagee.

The increase of yield before pre-emption.

The excessive of yield after the death of the deviser and before the acceptance of devisee, and the excessive of the reluctant money for the reluctantee.

This research is aimed at originalizing the yield concept at Fugaha’, and clerify its rules to clerify the right Shar'i judgment
