Abstract EN

This research dealt with a critical matter that has been subject for debate that view which calls to make witnesses on divorce cases as a must and that divorce without witnesses does not occur.

This is done so as to limit the circle of divorce cases.

Though this point of view might maximize the divorce cases widely knowing that a divorce case will not occur without witnesses in this case there will be a lot of obstacles that will lead to many illegal and forbidden affairs.
