Abstract EN

This theorem attains greatest importance through it’s firm connection with human ethics.

This can be viewed through the range of responsibilities undertaken by a human for his action in which he has freedom of choice in addition to his capacity of doing and abandoning.

The Islamic theologists agreed that imposing of duties as obligation is an act among the divine actions, and it is a beautiful act.

This imposed obligation comprises mental obligation such as knowing Allah, knowing what is good and bad as well as beauty and ugliness.

It also comprises practical obligation such as commandments of Allah, and prohibitions.

But the diversity of disagreement that still stands between Al-mutazila and Al'Asha-erah is upon "the permissibility of imposing obligatory duties that are above human capacity.

Al- Mutazila say: "It is permissible” because Almighty Allah created for the human beings power, sense, free will and freedom of chocie and removed for him the defects.

By this, it is justified that Allah can impose an obligation on a human and the human may be questioned and rewarded afterwards.

Whereas Al'Asha-erah see that ‘Almighty Allah, Lord and Owner of the Universe it is justified for Him to do whatever He wants on His possession.

By this, He can impose obligatory duties beyond their capacities, and in doing so, He cannot be considered as oppressive or counted for his actions as dirty or futile.
