Abstract AR
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على أحد أهم الأزمات التي مرت بها و لا زالت منطقة المغرب العربي، و بالأخص الجزائر، تونس و المغرب ؛ ألا و هي ظاهرة الإرهاب، حيث يتم التطرق بالدراسة و التحليل لنشأة الظاهرة في هذه الدول و أسباب تناميها، و الانعكاسات السياسية و الأمنية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية للمظاهرة على دول المغرب العربي، على نحو يمكن من رصد أهم الآليات الوقائية و كذا الردعية القانونية و الأمنية الكفيلة بمحاربة الظاهرة، و التي اعتمدت من قبل دول المغرب العربي.
Abstract EN
This article aims to shed light on one of the most important crises that passed by and still the Maghreb region, particularly Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco, namely the phenomenon of terrorism, where they are addressing the study and analysis of the emergence of the phenomenon and its implications, in a manner that monitor the most important preventive mechanisms, as well as deterrent legal to ensure security and to fight the phenomenon.

Cet article vise à faire la lumière sur l'une des crises les plus importantes qui sont passés par et toujours la région du Maghreb, notamment l'Algérie, la Tunisie et le Maroc, à savoir le phénomène du terrorisme, où qu'ils se penchent sur l'étude et l'analyse de l'émergence du phénomène et ses conséquences, d'une manière qui contrôlent les mécanismes les plus importants de prévention, ainsi que juridique dissuasif pour assurer la sécurité et pour lutter contre le phénomène.
