تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل دور سياسات التشغيل في مكافحة البطالة في الجزائر، و سبل حوكمتها من خلال إشراك تنظيمات المجتمع المدني، و القطاع الخاص في صنع وتنفيذ السياسات التشغيلية، و اعتماد مبدأ المشاركة لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة.
حيث حاولت الدراسة الإجابة على تساؤل محوري مفاده : ما مدى فعالية سياسات التشغيل في الجزائر في تحقيق أهدافها؟ و ما هي سبل حوكمتها؟
Abstract EN
The study aims to analyze the role of employment policies in the fight against unemployment in Algeria, and ways of governance through the involvement of civil society organizations, and the private sector in making and implementing operational policies, and the adoption of the principle of participation to achieve comprehensive development.
Where the study tried to answer the question axial view: How effective employment policies in Algeria in achieving its goals? What are the ways of governance?

Cette étude vise à analyse le rôle des politiques de l'emploi dans la lutte contre le chômage en Algérie, et les modes de gouvernance.
Grâce à la participation des organisations de la société civile et le secteur privé dans l'élaboration des politiques publiques, et l'adoption du principe de la participation à réaliser le développement durable où L'étude a tenté de répondre au problème: politiques de l'emploi Quelle est l'efficacité de l'Algérie dans la réalisation de ses objectifs? Quels sont les moyens de gouvernance?.
