Abstract EN

This paper deals with the convertibility of polluted liquids, from both scientific and milk or wine, etc, juristic perspectives, anyhow these liquids may be; sewage, honey.

In the first section I discussed the ways used in treating these liquids, mainly the sewage.

The purification might be as a result of passage of time or by deluging, or decreasing part of it, or adding some soil to it.

I also clarified the ways of benefiting from these polluted water in agriculture, industry and construction.

From the scientific point of view I clarified the various ways of sewage treatment.

These ways differ according to the purpose of using it, either for potable water irrigation or industry.

If for potable it should pass through the triple treating system mechanical biological and chemical treating) Other wise, double treating would be sufficient.

Finally, I included the paper some of the conclusions I had reached to, within which the scientific and juristic aspects may agree or disagree.
