This study aims at determining the party which responsible for payment of the blood mony in case of accident homocide and semi-premeditated murder.
Based on clear-cut evidence, the canomical law of Islam (Shara1) has obligated Al-A'qilah to bear this financial responsibility .The "Fuqha1 " (Islamic Legists) differd on the concept of the A'qilah.
Some said that Al-A'qilah is the clan of the murderer.
