This paper tackled the view if Islam towards the environment and its preservation.

This study clarified the importance of cleanliness for Islam and its impact on thrivne eonment as well as the role of ipsritual rituals in health protection.

Tduts ehy also highlighlighted the Islimac legislation in environment protection and preservation.

Furthermore, the study tlewd of the means and methods of preservation of the environment and its resources such as water, air, land, plants and the role of Islam in protecting them.

The researcher, in the study, tried also to explore the role of environment management from an Islamic perspective.

The paper also investigated the Islamic uaorppa chin regulating the relationship between man and his environment.

The paper concludes by making reference to preventive legislation underlined by Islam to protect public health.
