Abstract EN

This research deals with a subsidiary issue of the issues of the Islamic Jurisprudence that is concerned with a wide sector of the Islamic Nation which are the rules related to the ornaments’ alms.

In fact, a difference has incurred regarding this issue as from the period of the companions of the Prophet the rule that shall be applied and adopted by them.

I have studied thoroughly the rule of this issue, and so, I have introduced the opinions of the scientists in it and mentioned the evidence of each party, the objections challenging each evidence and the replies that have been addressed to these objections through which I have concluded the opinion predominated by the evidence according to my knowledge.

I have followed this chapter with another one in which I have mentioned the condition provided by those who do not impose alms for the ornaments because some of those who believe in the non obligation of alms in the ornaments, do not observe these conditions nowadays.

After that, I have set a third chapter to clarify six issues which are essential for the students of the legal science and the Muftis in this issue.
