Anew code has been enacted to protect the copy right holder in Jordan.
Its main principles relied on the iatin legal system, that has been adopted by Bums convention.
The study to the copyright code No (22) of 1990 has explaind the main principles of the code m four sections.They are as follows.
In the first section, The kinds of the protected classifications have been dealt with.
In the Second* The copyright holders have been Fixed.
In The third, The Period of protection has been explained.
In The fourth section, The means of protection of the copyright holder have been treated and Finally, O, conclusion, comprisingmany suggestions, has been drawn, to avoid the defeciency of the code.
