Abstract EN

This study concerns the definition of fusion between companies by distinguishing it from other legal operations which might be confused with it.

The study also deals with the practical aspects of this process in terms of the jordanian companies law, and states the rights of the intersted parties to administrative and legal obejection to the taken decision.

Also, it include its own effects.

The study concludes with recomnedations for possible lines of modification on this law when the time comes for its review.
