In the last few years, the world has witnessed important and consecutive events including the uniformity of the European community which will influence the world order and the distribution of power to a great extent.

This study tries to identify the political map drawn for the Arab region by the European community- To achieve that the study is divided into three parts: I - Review of the Arab- European dialogue 2- A study of the Mediterranean - European partenership plans and its economic, political and security dimensions.

3- Future aspects of the mediterranean partnership.
