Abstract EN

The sessions tribunal working to refine the information the referees before each international tournament or local and the importance of these courses in assessing the performance of football referees and the real purpose of these courses is the definition of the referees on the latest developments and amendments to the law as well as to reach even a simple unification of ideas and rounded in the decision-making the direction of legal violations committed on the pitch, hence the importance of these courses.

The importance of research to identify the scientific assessment of the arbitration cycle and paragraphs as well as evaluating the referees involved.

The main research problem not to post most of the football referees refereeing courses that work to refine their knowledge and level of modernity of that information and the latest developments and amendments to the law.

The research aims to : • Identify the level of modernity and to clarify the information and the negative and positive aspects of the cycle obtained by the rulers of participants in the session.

Part III Vahtoy on research methodology and procedures of the field : Sample was selected from the rulers of the third degree in the Union sub-Kut for the year 2009- 2010 and the 16 rule.

Was selected the names of the sample Btriqh organization and later was given the questions and paragraphs of the sample questions included 20 questions of the Code of football and the 17 articles and in theory was the work session arbitration, which included a detailed explanation of the articles of the law and after the football action research included testing and participation of tribal arbitration session and finally a post-test Been tested the same sample and on the same platform pre-testing, and also included 20 questions of law to football in theory and 10 paragraphs of the paragraphs of my work calendar (20 theoretical and 10 practical).

The researcher concluded : 1-Arbitration session contributed to the emergence of significant differences in favor of post-test.
