Abstract EN

This research aims to shed light on the true role and functions of the parties in general and the Palestinian parties in the Mandate period, in particular.

This study attempted to diagnose the composition and the role and functions of the Palestinian parties in the British Mandate period and know Alantdaba role in creating conflicts between Palestinian parties (the slogan Mandate divide and rule) and find out the reasons that led to the failure of these parties.

Findings of this study to the family composition of the Palestinian parties in the British Mandate period, which is dominated by the character of the family interest at the expense of the national character.
