Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the barriers to implementing the electronic educational supervision among the student-teachers of the faculty of Education at Al-alaqsa University.

It also aimed at presenting a proposal to be applied in the electronic supervision efficiently.

The descriptive analytical approach was utilized and a questionnaire was also used as a tool for the study.

The sample of the study consisted of (120) educational supervisors who work in the educational supervision department in Khan Younis campus The most significant results of the research revealed that majority of the obstacles were associated with the administrative side in the university with a percentage of (82,66 %).

They also showed that the impediments related to the students being trained to reached (77,27%) while the barriers related to the educational supervisors reached (76,62%) .The researcher presented the proposal of applying the electronic educational supervision.

He suggested that there must be a computerized program to manage and direct the department and to design electronic blogs as well as activating communications and documenting the achievements .
