هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على : عادات و أنماط استخدام طلبة جامعة الشارقة لشبكة الإنترنت، و الهواتف النقالة، و الإشباعات التي يحققونها من استخدامهم لهذه الوسائط، و الأثر الذي تركته عملية الاستخدام.
و تكمن إشكالية هذه الدراسة في طرح التساؤلات التالية : ما عادات و أنماط استخدام طلبة جامعة الشارقة لشبكة الإنترنت، و الهواتف النقالة ؟و ما الإشباعات التي يحققها الطلبة من استخداماتهم لهذه الوسائط ؟و ما الأثر الذي تركته عملية الاستخدام : هل ساهمت في عزلتهم الاجتماعية، و قللت من فرص التواصل مع أسرهم و محيطهم الاجتماعي ؟أم أنها عززت من عمليات التواصل و الحوار الأسري و الاجتماعي و بالتالي زيادة فعاليته و نجاعته في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية و نقل الموروث الاجتماعي ؟و اعتمدت الدراسة منهج المسح الوصفي لعينة ممثلة من طلبة جامعة الشارقة، من خلال استبانة استقصاء ؛ و توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : (1) يستخدم الطلبة شبكة الإنترنت و الهواتف النقالة بانتظام و بشكل مكثف.
(2) يحقق الطلبة من استخدامهم للهواتف النقالة، إشباعات : التواصل الاجتماعي بالدرجة الأولى، الخدمات الإعلامية و التعليمية، و الترفيه و التسلية، و من استخدامهم لشبكة الإنترنت إشباعات : الاطلاع على الأخبار و المعلومات العلمية المتخصصة، التواصل الاجتماعي، و الترفيه.
(3) ساهمت بعض تطبيقات الإنترنت و أهمها شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في العزلة الاجتماعية للطلبة، وحدت من فرص التواصل الواقعي المباشر مع أسرهم و محيطهم الاجتماعي.
(4) عزز استخدام الطلبة للبريد الإلكتروني، و المدونات، السكايبي Skype أو الياهو ماسنجر Yahoo messenger، و بعض تطبيقات الهواتف النقالة الذكية من الذكية من بعض عمليات التواصل و الحوار الاجتماعي و المعرفي.
Abstract EN
The aim of this Study is to identify the students use of habits and patterns of Internet, mobile phones, and the gratifications which they achieved from their use of this media, in addition to the impact left by this process.
The problematic of this study lies in the Following Questions: What are the habits and patterns of students uses of the Internet, and mobile phones? what are the gratifications achieved by the students from their use of this media? Is the students use of media contributed to their social isolation, and reduces the chances of their communication with their families and social? Or enhanced the communication processes with them?.
The study used descriptive sample survey method and readred the following conclusions: 1- students use the Internet and mobile phones regularly and extensively.
2- the students achieved gratifications from their use of mobile phones: social communication primarily, information services, education, and recreation, and from their use of the Internet: access to news and information specialized scientific, social communication, entertainment.
3- some Internet applications led to the social isolation of students , and reduced the opportunities to the real communicate directly with their families and social.
