This research adopts a set of themes that are achievable through revealing a relationship between Abdul-Kahir Al-Jerjani and Alim Subait Al-Neely of the reading and Opinion.

Among the themes on which the paper relied : first is a reading in the Arabic rhetorical heritage, this identifies a Iot of cognitive issues in the rhetorical history from conceptual, structural and building.

The second is the authorship tale and reading methodology, a third them is related to text, reading and Opinion.

The fourth theme is the image of Jerjani as perceived by Al-Neely.
