هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي و أخصائي التربية الخاصة، و طبيعة الفروق في عوامل الرضا الوظيفي لدى أفراد العينة في ضوء الجنس، و المستوى التعليمي، و عدد سنوات الخبرة، و اقتصرت الدراسة الحالية على جميع العاملين (المعلمين، الأخصائيين) في قطاع التربية الخاصة في القطاع الخاص و الحكومي في الملكة العربية السعودية، حيث اعتمد الباحث على خصائص أدارة الدراسة (الاستبانة)، و خصائص عينة الدراسة و مدى مصداقية إجاباتهم و ذلك باستخدام مقياس عوامل الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين في مجال التربية الحاصة، و يحتوي (80) فقرة موزعة على ثمانية عوامل للرضا (الرضا الشخصي، الرضا الاجتماعي، الرضا عن الراتب، الرضا عن محتوى العمل، الرضا عن ظروف العمل، الرضا عن فرص الترقي، الرضا عن الإشراف، و الرضا عن جماعة العمل).

و بواقع (10) فقرات لكل عامل من عوامل الرضا الوظيفي، و قد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (112) عامل و عاملة من جميع العاملين (المعلمين، الأخصائيين) في قطاع التربية الخاصة في المملكة العربية السعودية في القطاع الخاص و الحكومي، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة.

Abstract EN

Present study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction among teachers and specialists of Special Education, and the na-ture of the differences in factors of job satisfaction among re-spondents in the light of gender, educational level, and the num-ber of years of experience, and limited the current study to all workers (teachers, specialists) in the special education in the pri-vate sector and government in Saudi Arabia, where the research-er on the characteristics of the study tool (questionnaire), and the characteristics of the study sample and the credibility of their an-swers using the scale factors of job satisfaction for workers in the field of special education, and contains 80 items distributed on eight factors of satisfaction (satisfaction personal, social satisfac-tion, satisfaction with salary, satisfaction with the content of work, working conditions satisfaction, satisfaction with opportu-nities for promotion, supervision satisfaction, and satisfaction with the working group).

And by (10) paragraphs of each factor of job satisfaction.

The study sample consisted of 112 workers and working of all employees (teachers, specialists) in the sector of special education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the private sector and the government, have been randomly selected a simple society study.

The study found a range of results, including: 1.

That the level of overall satisfaction for the work was moder-ately, and arithmetical averages for the areas of the level of job satisfaction ranged between (1.76-2.65), was the highest of the field of "Satisfaction Profile" and a high degree, and came in second field, "satisfaction with the working group", a mean total (2.46) and to a high degree, followed by the third place area "social dissatisfaction" with an average account (2.35), and a high degree, and recent field rank "salary satis-faction" moderately, and the arithmetic average of the instru-ment as a whole (2.22) and moderately.

There is no statistically significant differences in job satisfac-tion between males and females in the areas of (personal sat-isfaction, social satisfaction, salary satisfaction, and satisfac-tion with working conditions).

And there were statistically significant differences between males and females in the level of job satisfaction in the areas of (work content, promotion opportunities, satisfaction with supervision, community work, the level of satisfaction as a whole), and the differences were in favor of females in all these areas.

There is no statistically significant differences in job satisfac-tion among workers in the field of special education who hold specialty special education and who do not have majored in special education in the areas of (personal satisfaction, social satisfaction, salary satisfaction, and satisfaction with working conditions).

And there are significant differences depending on the varia-ble in the areas of specialization (the content of work, oppor-tunities for promotion, supervision, community work, and the total score ) and all the differences were for the benefit of oth-er disciplines.

There is no statistically significant differences in job satisfac-tion among workers in the field of special education in the private sector and the public sector in the areas of (satisfac-tion with personal satisfaction social satisfaction salary, satis-faction with working conditions, satisfaction with working conditions, satisfaction with supervision, and satisfaction with the working group), and the total score of the scale.

And there were statistically significant differences between workers in the public sector and private sector employees in the areas of (the content of work, opportunities for promo-tion).

There is no statistically significant differences in job satisfac-tion among workers in the field of special education in the private sector and the public sector in the areas of (satisfac-tion with personal satisfaction with the content of work, satis-faction with working conditions, satisfaction with salary, satis-faction with working conditions, satisfaction with working conditions, satisfaction More opportunities for promotion, su-pervision satisfaction, and satisfaction with the working group), and the total score of the scale.

And there were statistically significant differences between workers in the public sector and private sector employees in the areas of (social satisfaction, satisfaction with salary) and the differences were in favor of a class experience (over 10 years).
