The research is aiming at knowing: 1 – The aducation advisor s psychological security.

2- Knowing whether ther are some differences which have a statistic effects in measuring the psychological security between males and females among the educational advisors according to the following hypothesis: (A) The are no differences wich have statistic effect in measuring the psychological security according to sex factor among the educational advisors .

3- Knowing whether ther are some differences that have statistic effects in Measuring the psychological security according to the location .
