Second: the insured is obligated to give the insurer about the circumstances in the period of execution the contract that lead to increasing the risks.

If the insurer was disable by giving false information or he kept the information there will be a penalty will be enforced represented by finishing it; and keeping the payment if he have a bad will, and if he have a good will he have to repay the payment to the insured.
