Abstract EN

The training is one of the best practices of human resources management.

This tool permits the company to adapt the rapid changes in its internal and external environment, The former tool drives thecompany to adopt a clear training strategy.

So, the aim of this study is to identify the degree of commitment training strategy in economic companies in the area of Bechar.

And discover its effect on the company’s evolution.

Where our community was all the economic companies that provide training, the sample of our study consisted of 10 companies in area of Bechar.

We targeted the actors in the construction of the training strategy such as the managers, human resource managers, executives and responsible of training function.

we used questionnaire as a tool to collect data used in this study, so we distributed 40 questionnaire at a rate of 4/company and 95% been retrieved was valid to statistical analysis.
