دراسة و تحليل العوامل المؤثرة على تطوير نشاط الجمعيات الخيرية في المملكة العربية السعودية : دراسة ميدانية

Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the development of charities’ activities, and to figure out the problems and constraints they encounter.

A survey has been conducted on 99 managers of charities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Using factor analysis, the study found that there are 9 factors contributing to the development of the activities of charities.

On top of these factors, meeting challenges, increasing community awareness, transparency, training, overcoming restrictions on donations, increasing financial resources, developing administrative and financial systems, and increasing government oversight.

Asforthe problems andconstraintsfacingtheseorganizations,itseemsthat insufficient financial resources and lack of qualified staff are the most important factors.
