Abstract EN

The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship of the level of aspiration with vocational maturity, and gender différences in the level of aspiration and vocational maturation.

The form (B- 1) of Crites Scale for career maturity and level of Aspiration Scale were given to (492) maie and femal students.

The results of the study showed positive, moderate, and significant relationship between the level of aspiration and vocational maturity for ail subjects, and for maie and female students separately.

The results, also, showed that the mean scores of maie students were higher than the mean scores of female students on both levels of aspiration and vocational maturity.

The results, also, revealed a significant main effect for father éducation; the mean scores of students whose father s hold higher educational degrees were higher than the mean scores of the studens whose fathers hold lower educational degrees at the level of aspiration and vocational maturity
