Abstract EN

The study aims at identifying the effects of using team teaching method on the level of the rhetorical performance of the first grade high school female students.

The study was conducted in Riyadh on a sample of first grade high school female students (n 44) that was divided in to two groups: an experi- mental group (n 22) that was taught by a team of female teachers and a con- trolled one (n 22) that was taught using the traditional method.

The study used a test prepared for measuring the rhetorical performance of the participants, and pre- and post-research instruments.

The results of the study revealed sta- tistically significant differences between the two groups in favor of the experi- mental one reflecting the efficacy of the team teaching method.

In view of the findings of the study, some suggestions and recommendations were proposed for future research.
