This study treat the war bacterial and biological on the African continent by international imperialist powers of world for exploitation the natural and mineral resources, In order to achieve this objective the world Powers strive to use vitality and biological arms against the African continent, under the indirect cover known as soft colonialism, which is its result is the killing a lot of people, and this was as a result of epidemic and bacterial diseases, starting from the plague, anthrax and Avian influenza(H1N5) , and Swine influenza (H1N1) to Ebola virus (VIH), and therefore this study will clarify the concept and context of the war bacteriological, as well as backgrounds and influences and consequences of this war on the African continent
