يفتــــرض فــــي التصــــرفات القانونيــــة أن تحــــدث آثارهــــا كاملــــة بمجــــرد تــــوافر العناصــــر المكونــــة لهــــا دون حاجــــة إلــــى إخطــــار الغيــــر أو إعلانه بحــــدوثها، مــــع ذلــــك فـــــان بعــــض التصــــرفات القانونيــــة لا تنـــــتج آثارهــــا فــــي مواجهــــة الكافــــة أو فــــي مواجهــــة المجتمــــع، بحيــــث يترتــــب ضــــرر للغيــــر أو للمجتمــــع إذا لــــم تعلــــن هــــذه التصــــرفات بوســــيلة مــــن وســــائل الشــــهر و الإعلان، و لعــــل ابــــرز هــــذه الوســــائل و الطــــرق طريقــــة الشـــهر العقـــاري، و طريقـــة القيـــد فـــي الســـجل التجـــاري، و طريقـــة النشـــر ســـواء فـــي الصـــحف الوطنيـــة أو فـــي النشـــرة الرســـمية للإعلانات القانونيـــة، بالإضافة إلـــى أنـــواع أخـــرى عديـــدة مـــن أنـــواع الشـــكلية العلنيـــة و التـــي تختلف باختلاف موضوعها و طريقة إتيانها.

Presumably in legal actions that the full effects occur as soon as the availability of its constituent elements without the need to notify a third party or announcing their occurrence, however, some legal actions do not produce effects erga omnes or in the face of society, so that the resulting harm to others or to the community if these actions did not announce means a means of month and advertising, and perhaps the most prominent of these means and ways the real estate method, and the method of registration in the commercial register, and the method of deployment, both in national newspapers or in the official bulletin of legal advertisements, in addition to many other types of morphological types of public and which vary according to subject matter and method of intercourse with
