In this context, the corporate culture can be a performance efficient tool for the welfare of employees at work in order to develop a sense of responsibility, productivity, therefore the profitability of the business.
Under this article, the focus is on the relationship between corporate culture and well-being at work

L’entreprise algérienne évolue dans un environnement de plus en plus compétitif, un environnement mondialisé caractérisé par la qualité, l’innovation et la maitrise des coûts.
Dans ce contexte, la culture d’entreprise peut constituer un levier de performance et un outil d’amélioration du bien-être des salariés au travail dans le but de développer le sens de responsabilité, de la productivité, par conséquent la rentabilité de l’entreprise.
Dans le cadre de cet article, l’accent est mis sur les liens qui existent entre culture d’entreprise et bien-être au travail.
