Abstract EN

This research deals with the phenomena of begging which becomes one of the most dangerous problems in the society.

The researcher will firstly show the meaning of begging.

Then will draw Al- Shareah view to this issue.

The next part of this research will study the civil law point of view regarding these phenomena.

This study will also explain the reasons and effects of begging.

It will also discuss the ways of solving this problem from its roots.

In this sense, the research will use the social studies that have been done through the Ministry of Social.
