Economic corruption has become the most dangerous phenomena that led to disturb economic, social and political balance in the countries of the Arab and Muslim world.

In recent decades, a lot of international human rights organizations have worked to find a realistic diagnosis of the phenomenon, and find a cure for it by making laws.

But they have failed describing the phenomenon, which has led to improper results, because of the difference in the concept in the positive economy on the one hand, and Islamic economy on the other hand, which has put preventive approach to prevent the occurrence of corruption, and it has also put approach for the treatment of corruption in the event that this phenomenon is occurred
