Abstract EN

The arab region witness since 2011 a political and revolutionary mobility, led sometimes to a radical changes in structure of state and political regimes in many countries of it.

The rapid spread implications of regimes falling in Tunisia and Egypt was contributed to puch the Algerian regime to adopt a set of political and constitutinal reforms within the democratic process advertised since 1989, as an attempt to avoid the inplications of the so-called « Arab spring » on Algeria, withing a regim speech calls for a soft change, spared from the culture of protest that have envolved in the Arab street.
