Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the budget deficit in the Islamic Economy and the ways of treatment, to achieve this goal the research has has been divided into five major sections ; the first section deals with the conceptual framework of the deficit in public budget in Islamic economy as well as the principles of Islamic finance , the methods of financing budget deficit in Islamic financial system where in the second section, the participation of private section with the government to get ride of budget deficit in Islamic economy has been discussed in the third section , the role of Zakat in addressing the budget deficit in Islamic economy has been taken place in fourth section, the fifth section discuss the role of Endoment in treating the budget deficit in Islamic economy reaching to research results ,where the research illustrate that there are many means that can be used to address the budget deficit, such as the government in several economic projects
