Many modern applied studies had asserted on the strong relationship that connect between the capital and averages of the economic development.

Generally we can say that the financial markets are pushing toward the economic development and growth through perform a number of tasks such as savings mobilization, financing productive activities, Increasing allocation of resources, raising rates of investment productivity, increasing the volumes of investment, and other.

But this vision was not clear because of impact of Arabic Stock Exchanging on economic activity in Arabic .

Based on the above, hypothesis of the study showed there is weakness and ineffectiveness relationship between capital markets of rates of economic growth and the process of economic development for Arabic stock exchanging.
